Buck Johnson brings a unique and aggressive approach to defending your nursing license. From 2005 until 2009, he served as a prosecutor with the Dallas County District Attorney’s office where he prosecuted cases ranging from DWI to capital murder. Buck has amassed a remarkable record of success since resigning from the district attorney’s office. He has won numerous acquittals, dismissals and fought to have no charges brought on cases such as DWI, possession of drugs, assault, aggravated assault, prescription fraud, theft, and murder.

After successfully defending several nurses facing criminal charges, Buck Johnson joined forces with Deborah Goodall to help assist these nurses with their issues with the Texas Board of Nursing. Together they have successfully helped nurses retain their licenses, regain their suspended licenses, as well as assist nursing students obtain eligibility to sit for their licensing exams.

His success as a criminal defense attorney has earned the notice of his peers.
